How appointments, cancellations and fees work.

Card on file

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% cancellation fee.

Less than 8 hours' notice: 100% cancellation fee.

No-shows

100% of the booked appointment value.

Late arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your appointment. Significant lateness may require rescheduling.

Cancellation and no-show fees compensate for appointment time reserved exclusively for you and are non-refundable.
